Great location, supermarket less than 30 seconds walk away and good motorway links. Lymm is a lovely village - few mins drive or half hour walk. Car very useful for the location. Everything you would need.

We choose to stay in Lymm when over visiting family. This is a home from home. It’s very comfortable and the location is outstanding for everything in the village. Close to the dam walk which I enjoyed every morning and of course the many pubs and restaurants which are all strolling distance. We’d love to stay again in the future.

Our 2nd stay at Matt's place. Another good one. We stayed there to visit family in Altrincham and also have our own space. The house has everything we need as a family with youngish children. Lymm is such a lovely place and I'd recommend a visit to Sexton's cafe in the village. Matt is very helpful and easy going. Thanks!

The house suited our needs whilst we needed somewhere to stay in between moving house. The house was cosy, well furnished and clean. Matt was a helpful host too and very responsive. We would recommended this place to friends and family.
